Salary: $140,000 – $160,000/year (full-time; prorated for part-time)
Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, with 1–2 Saturdays per month
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative, supportive outpatient setting.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license; Board Certified.
- 1 year of experience strongly preferred (open to new graduates).
- Bilingual in Bengali, or relevant experience supporting Bengali-speaking or comparable communities.
- Proficient in physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and utilizing electronic health records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong clinical judgment, empathy, patient-centered focus, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient observations.
- Record and analyze patients' medical histories and symptoms.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, and contribute to existing ones.
- Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Diagnose acute and chronic health issues and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
- Monitor and operate medical equipment as needed.
- Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Consult with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals within the practice.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in electronic medical records.
