Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily clinical operations.
- Monitor quality and effectiveness of nursing care.
- Supervise staff, workflows, and patient care processes.
- Coordinate ER referrals and patient care activities.
- Lead team meetings and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist with hiring, evaluation, and staff management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN required).
- Active New York State RN license.
- BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience in FQHC or community health preferred.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
