Position Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (RN) to support clinical leadership within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) network in the Bronx, NY. This role assists in overseeing nursing operations, staff coordination, and quality patient care in a community-focused healthcare setting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN required).
- Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse certifications.
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience.
- FQHC or community health experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong leadership and EHR skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Nurse Manager in daily clinical operations.
- Monitor quality of patient care and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate staffing, supplies, and clinical workflow.
- Lead team meetings and document outcomes.
- Assist with performance improvement initiatives.
- Manage ER referrals and care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and policies.
- Step in for Nurse Manager when needed (supervision, hiring support).
