Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled C-Arm Technologist to join our team at a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. In this role, you'll operate mobile fluoroscopy equipment in surgical and procedural settings, providing essential real-time imaging support.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) with the ARRT; additional Fluoroscopy or Cardiovascular-Interventional Technology certification a significant plus.
  • 1 year of C-Arm experience (required); familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Expertise in operating and positioning mobile C-Arm equipment, understanding of surgical sterility protocols, and the ability to produce high-quality fluoroscopic images; proficiency with EMR systems is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication with surgical teams and patients, the ability to work independently and under pressure in an OR environment, and strong teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate mobile C-Arm fluoroscopy equipment to provide real-time imaging guidance for surgical, pain management, and orthopedic procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and proceduralists to position the C-Arm for optimal imaging.
  • Adhere to strict sterile techniques and radiation safety protocols in the OR or procedure suite.
  • Prepare and maintain imaging equipment before and after procedures.
  • Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system.
  • Perform routine quality control checks on the C-Arm equipment.
