Qualifications
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Active New York State Medical License (Required).
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Experience: Must have experience in cardiology and echocardiography; must be able to perform nuclear stress tests.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in echocardiography, nuclear stress testing, EKG interpretation, and general cardiology diagnostics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent diagnostic acumen, strong communication skills, compassion, and a collaborative approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive non-interventional cardiology care to patients.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including echocardiograms and nuclear stress tests.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with heart disease.
- Collaborate with other specialists within the multi-specialty practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
