Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday (Full-Time).
Qualifications:
- Education - Master’s degree in Nursing (NP program).
- License - Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
- Certification - Board Certified.
- Experience - Minimum 1 year in cardiology required.
- Technical Skills - EKG, echo, stress test interpretation, medication management.
- Soft Skills - Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cardiovascular assessments, histories, and physical exams.
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (EKG, echo, stress tests, Holter monitors).
- Develop and manage treatment plans, including medications and lifestyle changes.
- Educate patients on heart health, prevention, and treatment adherence.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
