Caregiver / Companion – Queen Anne's County, MD

Location: Queen Anne's County area, MD (in-home visits at pre-designated locations)
Employment Type: Part-time / Contract
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience, reliability, and client needs)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Caregiver / Companion to provide supportive, non-medical care — companionship, supervision, and light assistance to clients in their homes. In this role, you'll enhance quality of life by reducing isolation and helping clients remain comfortably and safely at home.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification required; background check clearance required
  • Prior caregiving, customer service, or companion care experience preferred; HHA or CNA preferred; non-clinical Medication Assistance Training preferred
  • Able to assist with meal preparation and light household tasks, offer reminders (appointments, medication schedules, daily routines), accompany clients to appointments or errands (if required), and maintain a safe, supportive home environment
