Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief of Gynecology to provide clinical leadership and oversight for the gynecology department at an Article 28 facility in New York, NY. This full-time leadership position combines administrative responsibilities with active clinical practice.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Active New York State medical license.
- Board Certified in Gynecology/OB-GYN.
- 2–3 years of clinical experience post-fellowship; proven leadership or management experience preferred.
- Expertise in advanced gynecological procedures and surgery.
- Strong leadership, team management, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the gynecology department.
- Maintain active clinical practice and patient care.
- Mentor and supervise gynecology staff and providers.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in strategic planning and program development.
