Position Overview:
We are seeking a Child Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health services to patients aged 6 and above in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This hybrid position offers flexible scheduling with only one on-site day required weekly. Bilingual candidates are required.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Master of Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active New York State LCSW License.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above.
  • Requirements: Must have an an active Medicaid provider enrollment status; Bilingual Spanish (mandatory).
  • Technical Skills: Child psychosocial assessments, evidence-based therapies, case management.
  • Soft Skills: Cultural competence, empathy, strong communication with children and families, collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic services to children aged 6+.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain active Medicaid provider status.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
  • Conduct family sessions and provide support to caregivers.
