Position Overview:

We are seeking a Child Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) bilingual in Spanish to provide specialized mental health services to patients aged 6 and above in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work with only one on-site day per week. Bilingual candidates are required.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Master of Science in Nursing or higher from an accredited PMHNP program.
  • Licensure: Active New York State PMHNP License.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above.
  • Requirements: Must have an active Medicaid; Bilingual (mandatory).
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish (required).
  • Technical Skills: Child psychiatric assessment, medication management, therapy modalities.
  • Soft Skills: Cultural competence, empathy, strong communication with children and families.
