Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Dentist (DDS or DMD) to provide full-scope dental care in a relationship-based model in a mission-driven FQHC facility in Klamath Falls, OR. Qualifications:
  • Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Licensure: Valid Oregon dental license; CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Experience: Experience in FQHC or underserved settings is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in full-scope general dentistry, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and patient education.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to culturally responsive care and patient dignity, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and dedication to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all backgrounds.
  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations.
  • Perform exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and more.
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
  • Supervise dental staff and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards.
