Position Overview
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician, Primary Care Physician, Internal Medicine Physician, or Med-Ped Physician to join a well-established Community Health Center in Roanoke Rapids, NC. This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity providing patient-centered primary care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

No hospital call. Very light after-hours phone call. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform preventive care, physical exams, and screenings.
- Participate in a light shared telephonic call rotation.
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain.
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
