Qualifications:
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Open to new graduates; experienced candidates a plus
  • Skilled in comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, and clinical leadership
  • Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, and strategic thinking


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
  • Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives
  • Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff
  • Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification
