Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct physical exams and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Active New York State Medical License.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Bilingual in Spanish (Required).
- Strong clinical, communication, and cultural competency skills.
