Position Overview:
We are seeking an Internist / Family Medicine Physician in Fitchburg, MA 01420 to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive primary care to underserved populations.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Active Massachusetts medical license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (IM or FM).

- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Deliver preventive care and health education.
