Qualifications:
- Education – MD from an accredited medical school.
- License – Active New York State medical license.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide routine check-ups, preventive care, and health screenings.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes).
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
- Educate patients on prevention and lifestyle modifications.
- Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
