Position Overview:
We are seeking an Internist, Family Medicine, or Primary Care Physician (MD) to join our team at a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a supportive, collaborative outpatient setting.

Qualifications:
- MD from an accredited medical school.
- Active New York State medical license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Open to new graduates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong clinical judgment, empathy, patient-centered focus, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-specialty team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and preventive care.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, respiratory infections, and other common illnesses.
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals within the practice.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.
