Work Schedule:
- Evening Shift – 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Must work every other Saturday & Sunday.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Active New York State LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year nursing home experience.
- Hepatitis B immunity required.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care during evening shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor and document vital signs and conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members.
