Work Schedule:
- Full-time schedule (shifts may vary).
- Must work every other Saturday & Sunday.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Active New York State LPN license.
- Proof of Hepatitis B immunity required.
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or hospital experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
- Assist with ADLs and resident care.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Respond to emergencies and patient needs.
