Work Schedule:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute break).
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (30-minute break).
- Per-diem flexibility based on availability.
Qualifications:
- Education – Accredited LPN program completion.
- License – Active Maryland LPN license.
- Certification – Current BLS required.
- Experience – Minimum 1 year required.
- Soft Skills – Compassion, reliability, communication, attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs.
- Assist with care plans and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on care and recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Provide emotional support and patient advocacy.
