Qualifications:

Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
Licensure/Certifications: Must have an active New York State LPN license.
Experience: Must have at least two (2) years of experience in a nursing home or hospital setting.

Requirements:

LPN Registration.
Driver's License or Passport or Green Card and SSN Card.
COVID Vaccination Card.
MMRV Results (Mumps, Measles, Rubella, and Varicella).
Physical Assessment.
CPR.
Must be immune to Hep B.
