Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality patient care during evening shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will bring compassion and clinical expertise to support our residents' health and well-being.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Licensure: Active New York State LPN license.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in patient care documentation and medication administration.
- Soft Skills: Compassionate caregiver with strong clinical judgment and teamwork abilities.
- Other requirements: Must be immune to Hep B.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents during night shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
