Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is looking for a full-time Mammo/X-Ray/Dexa (Bilingual) Technologist to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group located in Elizabeth, NJ. This role requires a versatile technologist proficient in three modalities—mammography, X-ray, and DEXA—to provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services. Candidates certified in mammography are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Licensure: ARRT (R)(M) required; NJ State License and CPR certification required.
- Experience: 2+ years of current diagnostic 3D mammography experience.
- Technical requirements: May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
- Soft Skills: Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic 3D mammography, X-ray, and DEXA exams with accuracy and care.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment across all three modalities according to established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
- Adhere to all department and facility safety protocols, especially when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment.
- Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members as needed.
- Utilize bilingual skills (if applicable) to communicate effectively with diverse patients.
- Cover rotating Saturdays as required.
- May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment.
