Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time MRI Technologist to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group located in Elizabeth, NJ. This role requires an experienced professional with significant MR work experience, particularly with high-field magnets. The position also offers the opportunity to train in and perform remote MRI scanning.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
- Licensure: ARRT(MR) certification required.
- Experience: 5 or more years of MR work experience required; high-field magnet experience is a must; GE high-field magnet experience preferred
- Technical requirements:
- May be required to train in and perform remote MRI scanning.
- Will be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI exams with accuracy and care using high-field magnets.
- Operate and maintain MRI imaging equipment according to established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures, including screening for MRI safety contraindications.
- Train in and perform remote MRI scanning as required.
- Adhere to all department and facility safety protocols, especially when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment.
- Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members as needed.
- May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment.
