Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time MRI Technologist to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group located in Lacey, NJ. This role requires an experienced professional with significant MR work experience, particularly with high-field magnets. Siemens experience is required, and the position offers a compressed 4-day work week.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
  • Licensure: ARRT(MR) certification required.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of MR work experience required; high-field magnet experience is a must; Siemens experience required; GE high-field magnet experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: 
    • May be required to train in and perform remote MRI scanning.
    • Will be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MRI exams with accuracy and care using high-field magnets, specifically on Siemens equipment.
  • Operate and maintain MRI imaging equipment according to established protocols.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures, including screening for MRI safety contraindications.
  • Adhere to all department and facility safety protocols, especially when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment.
  • Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members as needed.
  • Cover rotating Saturdays and provide PTO coverage as required.
  • May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment.
