Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- 5+ years of MRI experience required
- High-field magnet experience required
- GE experience preferred; Siemens & Philips experience a plus
- CT experience preferred
- Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and patient screening
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI scans across multiple imaging locations
- Float between Maplewood, Linden, Teaneck, and Elizabeth sites as needed
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment across various platforms (GE, Siemens, Philips)
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper MRI screening procedures
- Train in and perform remote MRI scanning as required
- Adhere to all imaging and safety protocols across locations
- Maintain certifications and stay current with industry standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
- Utilize CT experience when applicable
