We are seeking a Neurologist to join our team at a multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn, NY that provides an integrative standard of care. In this role, you'll diagnose and treat patients with neurological disorders in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited residency program in Neurology
Active New York State medical license; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
New graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks and Practice Fusion)
Proficient in performing neurological examinations, interpreting diagnostic studies (EEG, EMG, MRI, CT), and managing treatment plans for various neurological conditions
Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations, including patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic neurological conditions such as epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, migraines, neuropathy, and dementia
Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic studies including EEG, EMG, nerve conduction studies, MRI, and CT scans
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referrals for physical or occupational therapy
Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, treatment options, disease progression, and preventive measures
Collaborate with other specialists within the practice (e.g., primary care, cardiology, endocrinology) to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in electronic medical records
Stay current with advancements in neurology research, treatments, and technologies
