Location: Assignment-based, Multiple locations (Arizona clinic locations and surrounding areas, as applicable)

Hourly Rate: $60 per hour

Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness independently or as part of a healthcare team; may focus on health promotion and disease prevention; may order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and may prescribe medication.

Qualifications:
- Job qualifications & certifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner authorization/licensure as required for the assignment location.
- Graduate education as required for the Nurse Practitioner role.
- Eligible to prescribe medication where authorized.
- Outpatient/clinic experience preferred.
- Subject to client/solicitation onboarding requirements (licensure verification, background screening, and any required pre-placement documentation).
- Skills:
- Clinical judgment and patient-centered communication.
- EHR documentation proficiency.
- Diagnostic reasoning and treatment planning.
- Collaboration and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in the EHR per clinic workflow.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work) consistent with scope and clinic protocols.
- Prescribe medications where authorized; provide patient counseling and follow-up instructions.
- Coordinate care with partnering clinicians and interdisciplinary staff; refer patients as appropriate.
- Support preventive care and health promotion activities as directed by clinic leadership.
