Location: Queens, NY
Employment Type: Part-time (3 days/week)
Salary: $135,000 – $150,000/year (full-time); prorated for part-time. Plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $10,000 retention bonus after 1 year.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a primary care facility located in Queens, New York. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a supportive and well-established practice setting.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
  • Board Certified
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as an NP
  • Proficient in performing diagnostic tests, operating medical equipment, and utilizing electronic health records
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical exams and patient observations
  • Record patients' medical histories and symptoms
  • Create patient care plans and contribute to existing ones
  • Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests
  • Monitor and operate medical equipment
  • Diagnose health issues
  • Administer medicine and other treatments
  • Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Consult with healthcare professionals and families
  • Educate patients and their families on managing and preventing illness and injury.
