Position Overview:
Join a thriving FQHC in scenic north-eastern North Carolina as a BC/BE OB/GYN. Provide comprehensive women's health services through a blend of outpatient clinic, surgical procedures, and hospital call at our Family and Women's Health Center.

Qualifications:
  • Education: MD/DO Degree.
  • Licensure: Active North Carolina Medical License.
  • Experience: Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN.
  • Technical requirements:
    • eClinicalWorks EMR Proficiency.
    • Insurance credentialing readiness (90-120 day process).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Rural healthcare adaptability.
    • Patient education excellence.
    • Team collaboration across care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outpatient OB/GYN services (preventive care, prenatal, gynecologic).
  • Perform surgical procedures with hospital privileges.
  • Share hospital call coverage for deliveries/emergencies.
  • Maintain complete EHR documentation via eClinicalWorks.
  • Coordinate care with midwives and primary care teams.
