Salary: $356,345.50 – $417,497.60/year (40 hrs/week); $311,802.40/year starting base (35 hrs/week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Patchogue, NY. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to diverse patient populations in a community health setting.

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Active NY State license, DEA registration, and Board Certification.
  • Experience with diverse patient populations in community health settings (required).
  • Proficient in prenatal care, intrapartum management, postpartum care, gynecologic surgery, family planning, and electronic health records.
  • Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, cultural competence, empathy, and the ability to collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care.
  • Perform outpatient sessions and surgical procedures.
  • Participate in on-call coverage and hospital rounds.
  • Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
