Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensure: Current NYS Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in acute care & outpatient settings (required)
- Technical Skills: Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services in acute and outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards.
