Requirements:
- Active New York State Optometry license.

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough routine eye examinations.
- Assess visual acuity, field of vision, and hand-eye coordination.
- Diagnose vision problems such as nearsightedness and color blindness.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and medications.
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
- Educate patients on proper eye care and eye health.
- Identify and assess eye defects and diseases, including systemic conditions like diabetes.
- Document all diagnoses, treatment plans, referrals, and therapeutic prescriptions.
