Qualifications:
  • Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Licensure: Active New York State Medical License (Required).
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Language: Must be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in comprehensive pediatric care, well-child visits, developmental assessments, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent bedside manner with children and families, strong communication skills, cultural competence, patience, and a team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients from infancy through adolescence.
  • Conduct well-child examinations, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
