Qualifications:

Education: Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred/stronger.
Licensure: CPR/First Aid certification required.
Training in:
- ADLs (bathing, grooming, mobility)
- Infection control
- Patient safety
Soft Skills: Compassionate and patient-centered approach; ability to monitor client condition and report changes to supervisor; reliable, dependable, and professional conduct.
Critical Information: The contract centers on in-home care delivery (both medical and non-medical), which includes:
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship
- Transportation (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
Support activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility, toileting, and transfers .
Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance.
Offer medication reminders (non-clinical).
Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, cleaning, organization).
Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisor.
Maintain accurate documentation and care logs.
