Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join an established multispecialty practice in Brooklyn, NY. This role focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve functional independence in a collaborative clinical setting.

Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New York State Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience.
- Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
- EMR proficiency and strong documentation skills.
