Position Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual Russian Physician Assistant to provide house call services for a multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn, NY. This unique role offers the support of a personal driver to worksites. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling is available.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active New York State PA license (required)
- Board Certified as a Physician Assistant
- Must be bilingual in Russian (required)
- Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation; comfortable providing care in home settings
- Highly independent, excellent communication skills (particularly with Russian-speaking patients), compassionate, adaptable, and culturally sensitive
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments within the PA scope of practice
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease management
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters
