Position Overview:

Qualifications:
- Education: MD/DO from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active NY State medical license.
- Certification: Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 1+ year experience in Primary Care.
- Language: Bilingual in Russian and English.
- Soft Skills: Strong bedside manner, cultural competence, and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute/chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes).
- Prescribe medications, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress.
- Provide preventive care, including immunizations and wellness counseling.
- Document patient interactions, test results, and treatment plans.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
