Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage mental health service projects.
- Develop timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Track progress and prepare project reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contract requirements.
- Support staffing coordination and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–5 years of project coordination or healthcare experience.
- PMP or CAPM certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of mental health or healthcare systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
