Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management and prescribe psychotropic medications.

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work.
- Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation.

Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (New York).
- Active DEA registration.
- Active Medicaid and Medicare provider status.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of PMHNP experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish (Required).
- Must reside in the tri-state area.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
