Qualifications:
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited PMHNP program.
  • Active Ohio State license.
  • Board-Certified PMHNP (required).
  • 5+ years preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy skills.
  • Strong therapeutic communication, empathy, cultural competence, and the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders.
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
  • Provide psychotherapy and other evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
