Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited PMHNP program.
- Active Ohio State license.
- Board-Certified PMHNP (required).
- 5+ years preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy skills.
- Strong therapeutic communication, empathy, cultural competence, and the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
- Provide psychotherapy and other evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
