Qualifications:
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Active New York State medical license (required).
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Proficiency in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management.
  • Comfort with hybrid/telepsychiatry modalities.
  • Excellent communication, cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care to patients.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy.
  • Conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists within the practice.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
  • Provide culturally competent care to patients.
