Qualifications:
  • PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active New York State license (required).
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and treatment planning.
  • Comfort with hybrid/telehealth modalities.
  • Excellent communication, cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and ongoing therapy to patients.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
  • Conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other specialists within the practice.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Provide culturally competent care to patients.
