Position Overview:
Deliver precision radiation therapy in an academic medical environment, utilizing advanced technology to treat oncology patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans while ensuring safety and accuracy in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications:
- Education: Successful completion of an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree or graduation from an American Medical Association (AMA)-approved Radiation Therapy Program is required.
- Licensure: Must hold a current and active license issued by New York State (NYS) in Radiation Therapy Technology.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a radiation therapy setting.
- Technical Skills: Must have strong knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance for high-voltage, state-of-the-art radiation equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer targeted radiation treatments.
- Operate/maintain advanced radiation equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Position patients accurately for therapy.
- Document treatment delivery and patient responses.
- Collaborate with oncology teams on plan adjustments.
