Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiology, or a related field.
  • Licensure: New York State License or Registration; BLS certification required. ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of CT/MRI experience as a Radiologic Technologist. Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques and protocols.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent patient care and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of radiographic, CT, and MRI procedures following established protocols and safety standards.
  • Ensure high-quality diagnostic images and accurate patient positioning.
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment in a safe and effective manner.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including clear communication and comfort during procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Adhere to on-call requirements as scheduled.
