Position Overview:

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Travel required for on-site facility surveys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential + state licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (nursing home preferred).
- Survey/surveillance experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain SMQT certification within 12 months.
- Strong analytical, communication, and investigative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and complaint investigations in nursing homes.
- Evaluate dietary services for regulatory compliance.
- Interview staff, residents, and families.
- Prepare reports and Statements of Deficiencies.
- Review and assess Plans of Correction.
- Provide expertise on nutritional standards and care.
