Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate patient care in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Perform telephone triage and patient education.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- AAS or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Active New York State RN license.
- BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Experience in ambulatory, Med-Surg, or ER preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
