Position Overview:
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a school-based 1:1 care role in Wake County, NC. Provide skilled nursing services to students with complex medical needs, ensuring safe participation in the school environment.

Qualifications:
- License – Active North Carolina RN license.
- Certifications – CPR & BLS required.
- Experience – Pediatric, school-based, or high-acuity preferred.
- Skills – Strong clinical judgment, care planning, and documentation.
- Abilities – Effective communication and coordination of complex care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 RN-level care to assigned student(s).
- Develop and manage individualized care plans.
- Perform advanced nursing interventions as needed.
- Maintain physician orders and monitor health status.
- Respond to changes in condition and emergencies.
- Coordinate care with families, school staff, and providers.
- Maintain accurate daily documentation and compliance records.
- Supervise LPNs when required.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid and licensure standards.
- Participate in training and ongoing competency requirements.
