Location: Assignment-based (Arizona clinic locations and surrounding areas, as applicable)
Employment Type: Contract / As needed
Hourly Rate: $45 per hour

Position Overview:
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, maintain medical records, and administer nursing care; may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.

Qualifications:
  • Job qualifications & certifications:
    • Active Registered Nurse licensure/registration as required for the assignment location.
    • Current BLS/CPR as required by the client facility (if applicable).
    • Outpatient/clinic experience and EHR proficiency preferred.
    • Subject to client/solicitation onboarding requirements (licensure verification, background screening, and any required pre-placement documentation).
  • Skills:
    • Patient assessment and clinical prioritization.
    • Medication administration and safety.
    • EHR documentation.
    • Team collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient intake, triage, and nursing assessments in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans within the RN scope of practice.
  • Administer nursing care and monitor patient response; escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate, timely medical records in the EHR per clinic standards.
  • Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and follow-up care.
  • Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to ensure continuity of care and efficient clinic flow.
