Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team, providing and coordinating care for patients, families, and significant others in a healthcare setting. In this role, you'll assess, diagnose, plan, and intervene in actual or potential health problems, including evaluating each patient's response to care.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
- Able to multitask successfully.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and intervene in actual or potential health problems for patients.
- Coordinate care for patients, families, and significant others, evaluating their response to treatments and interventions.
- Perform telephone triage, using clinical knowledge and communication skills to assess patient needs and direct them to the appropriate level of care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records using computer systems.
